• “Service” refers to academic support services provided, including sample writing, proofreading, formatting assistance, and consultation.
• “Order” means a request submitted by the User for any Service.
• “Product” means the digital content or material provided to the User based on the Order.

2. Eligibility

Our services are intended for individuals who are 18 years or older or of legal age in their jurisdiction. By using our services, you represent and warrant that you meet the eligibility requirements.

3. Nature of Services

All services and materials provided by OneStopAssignment.com are meant strictly for academic guidance, research support, and reference purposes. They are not to be submitted as final academic work. Users are expected to use the provided materials responsibly and ethically, in accordance with the academic policies of their institution.

4. Account Registration

When placing an Order, you are required to provide accurate personal details including your name, email, and contact number. It is your responsibility to keep your account details up-to-date. We reserve the right to deactivate duplicate accounts.

5. Payment and Pricing

All Orders must be paid in full before any work begins. The final price is determined based on the scope, urgency, and complexity of the requested Service, and will be communicated clearly before confirmation.

Payment is made via manual bank transfer to the Company’s designated account. After completing the transfer, Clients are required to send proof of payment (e.g., transaction receipt or screenshot) to our support team via WhatsApp or any other provided communication channel. Failure to provide timely payment proof may result in a delay or cancellation of the Order.

We may, from time to time, offer promotional discounts at our sole discretion. Any applicable discount must be claimed at the time of Order placement and cannot be applied retroactively.

We do not process payments through third-party online gateways at this time. All transactions are handled manually for transparency and client convenience.

The Company reserves the right to reject any Order if payment is not received or verified within a reasonable timeframe.

All quoted prices are in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) unless otherwise stated.

6. Order Processing

Once your Order is received and confirmed with payment, we assign an appropriate expert to assist. You are responsible for providing all necessary instructions and reference materials. Late submission of required materials may result in additional fees or delays.

7. Revisions

We offer free revisions within 14 days of delivery for standard assignments and 30 days for long-form work (such as theses or dissertations), provided the request aligns with the original instructions submitted at the time of Order.

All revision requests must be submitted in writing via WhatsApp or email, clearly referencing the original Order. The request must not introduce new topics, different structure, or updated instructions that deviate from what was initially agreed upon.

Revisions requested after the free revision period may be subject to additional charges. Excessive, repeated, or unreasonable revision requests may be declined or quoted as new work.

Revision requests without clear justification or specific instructions may be declined or treated as new work.

The Company reserves the right to determine whether a revision request qualifies under the free revision policy.

8. Delivery and Access

Completed work will be delivered to the Client via WhatsApp or email, using the contact details provided at the time of order. It is the Client’s responsibility to ensure that the provided email address or WhatsApp number is accurate, active, and accessible.

The Company will not be held responsible for any delays or delivery issues caused by:

• Incorrect contact information
• Spam or junk mail filters
• Network interruptions
• Client’s failure to check or respond to delivery messages

Once the completed Product has been sent, the Client is responsible for downloading and safely storing the files. We recommend backing up all received documents promptly after delivery.

9. Use of Products

All Products delivered by OneStopAssignment.com remain the intellectual property of the Company until they are received by the Client. Upon delivery, the Client is granted a limited, non-exclusive license to use the Product for personal, educational, and non-commercial reference purposes only.

The Product is intended to be used as a study aid, writing model, or academic reference, and must not be submitted as original academic work. Submitting the Product as your own may constitute academic misconduct, and the Company does not endorse or encourage such use.

Redistribution, resale, copying, or public sharing of the Product without prior written permission from the Company is strictly prohibited.

The Company is not liable for any academic consequences arising from the misuse of our Products.

Any misuse of the Product is solely the responsibility of the Client.

10. Intellectual Property

All content on this Website, including text, graphics, and service content, is the intellectual property of OneStopAssignment.com. Unauthorized use or reproduction is prohibited and may result in legal action.

11. Prohibited Use

You agree not to use our services:

• For any unlawful or fraudulent purpose;

12. Limitation of Liability
