At OneStopAssignment.com, we are committed to delivering quality academic support. This policy explains how and when you may request a revision or a refund for our services. This policy applies to all orders placed through OneStopAssignment.com via website, email, or WhatsApp.

 

  1. Revision Policy

We offer free revisions to ensure that the Product meets your original requirements.

1.1 Eligibility

  • Free revisions are available within 14 calendar days of delivery for standard assignments.
  • For long-form work (e.g., thesis, dissertation), the revision window is extended to 30 calendar days.

1.2 Conditions

  • Revisions must align with the original instructions submitted when placing the Order.
  • Requests that introduce new topics, structures, or requirements may be treated as a new order.

1.3 Request Method

  • All revision requests must be submitted in writing via WhatsApp or email to cs@onestopassignment.com.
  • Please include your order reference and clear revision details.

 

 

 

1.4 Limitations

  • Excessive, vague, or repeated requests beyond the original scope may be declined or charged additionally.
  • The Company reserves the right to determine if a revision request qualifies for free editing.

 

  1. Refund Policy

Refunds are processed only under specific circumstances as outlined below. We always aim to resolve any dissatisfaction through revision before initiating a refund.

2.1 Eligible Refund Scenarios

  • Duplicate payment: Full refund
  • Order cancellation:
  • Before work starts: Up to 100% refund
  • After work starts: Refund subject to work completed (up to 70%)
  • Late delivery: Partial refund if the delay significantly affects the purpose of the order
  • Quality issues: Refund may be considered after internal review if the Product clearly fails to meet original instructions

 

2.2 Non-Refundable Situations

  • Change of mind or service no longer needed after work has started or been delivered
  • Delays caused by the Client (e.g., late payment proof, missing files)
  • Orders delivered as per instruction but deemed “not useful” or “not what I expected”
  • Products downloaded or used without complaint during the revision period

 

 

 

2.3 Request Method

  • Refund requests must be made via email to cs@onestopassignment.com within 7 days of delivery.
  • All requests must include your Order ID and a brief explanation.
  • We may request supporting evidence (e.g., original instructions or file comparisons) before reviewing your refund request.

 

2.4 Processing Time

  • Approved refunds will be issued within 5–10 working days to your original payment method or as otherwise agreed.
