Objective
This assignment focuses on enhancing students’ understanding of electronic business communication and customer service management. The first part requires an essay on various electronic communication tools used in the workplace, while the second part involves creating a training handout for call center staff based on strategies for dealing with angry customers. The aim is to develop practical skills in business communication and customer service.
REQUIREMENT

Today, electronic communication is very widely used for business communication.Discuss five (5) types of electronic communication that are used in your place of work.
Your essay should be at least about 500 to 550 words long.You must provide relevantelaborations and examples.You must also include an introduction, conclusion and anyother relevant information that you have found besides the one given in the coursematerials.

In the video, you will see six (6) tips on how to deal with customers who are angry overthe phone. Use these tips as well as other information that you are able to find on theInternet and your course material to a presentation handout for a training session thatyou are doing for the staff of the call centre in your organisation.
Your article should be at least about 600-650 words long. You must also include anintroduction and a conclusion to your article. Add 2 pictures or graphics that will makeyour article look more interesting. You must write the sources for your pictures orgraphics.
