Objective

The objective of the assignment is to evaluate the learner’s knowledge and understanding in applying the skills and social responsibilities within the community.; apply communication skills, leadership and working as a team; and practice skills in information management, projects and entrepreneurship.

REQUIREMENT

Community service activities are aimed at improving people’s lives so that they can contribute to the well-being of society voluntarily without expecting anything in return. Furthermore, community service activities are also capable of instilling values ​​such as responsibility, empathy, leadership and so on towards an individual.

GUIDELINES FOR ACTION:

Community service project must be completed based on the THREE planned activities provided as follows:

1. Activity 1 – Planning and implementation of any ONE community service activities of your choice outdoors with your family members or housemates or colleagues or friends (Total members: Not more than 10 – include you). Limited to 5 pages
2. Activity 2 – Video recording (The duration of the recording is between 4-8 minutes)
3. Activity 3 – Writing a reflective journal. Limited to 6 pages
4. Proper report format (Please refer to rubrics)

REMINDER:

1. You are advised to always adhere to the Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) as issued by the Ministry of Health Malaysia (MOH) as well as the Malaysian National Security Council (NSC) (https://www.mkn.gov.my/#) when planning and carrying out community service activities outdoors.
2. You are recommended to read and understand all the suggested activities and plan the best way to implement them.
3. You are to plan the expenditure of your activity accordingly.
4. You do not need to include your video recording link in this assignment anymore.
5. You need to upload the video directly as an attachment.
6. Video size should not exceed 400MB or at 400MB only.
7. All the activities have to be carried out between 3 September 2023 till 10 December 2023 only (4 December 2023 – 10 December 2023 submission with the penalty.)
8. Your assignment should be prepared You should not copy another person’s assignment. You should also not plagiarise another person’s work as your own.
